Licensing for OpenCart extensions

Every purchase of an OpenCart extension comes with a license key for you to use and register the extension on your OpenCart website.

Licensing terms

  1. All licenses come with lifetime updates and does not ever expire - which also means that you pay once, and you get to use it forever.
  2. We offer a complimentary six months of free after-sales support for every license, starting from the date of purchase.
  3. Each license can only be registered for one single domain or one single OpenCart installation at any given time.
  4. Every license can be revoked and transferred to another domain/installation for an unlimited number of times.
  5. The license will automatically work on local development environment (i.e. localhost, 127.0.0.1).
  6. If you wish to register the extension on your development domain, please reach out to us so that we can assist you with it.
  7. You can always retrieve your license key(s) from our cloud platform (opens in a new tab) - all you need is your Order ID and Email address.
  8. Any signs of tampering with the licensing system will result in the forfeiture of any free after-sale support and software updates.

Getting your license key

Our system automatically sends an email containing your license key when you complete a purchase. If you did not receive any such email, please kindly go through the checklist below:

  • Check that the email address used to make the purchase is valid and correct
  • Check your junk or spam inbox
  • Check that payment has been completed for your purchase (OpenCart's fraud prevention system may sometimes falsely block legitimate orders)
  • Give it some time for the email to arrive in your inbox as there can sometimes be delays

If you've gone through the above checklist and still did not receive any email from us containing your license key, you can proceed to our cloud platform (opens in a new tab) to retrieve your license key.

If you're still having issues with our licensing system, you can use the chat bubble at the bottom-right of the page to request for assistance. Please provide your Order ID and email address when submitting a request.
