How do I submit a support request?

Depending on your preference and on the service/product which you've purchased from us, you can get help through a few channels:

  • Chat: To submit a support request or ticket with us, simply click on the chat bubble located at the bottom-right of the page, and leave us a message with your email address.
  • Email: If you prefer to contact us directly through email, our email address can be found under 'Contact Us' on the left.
  • OpenCart Extensions: If you prefer to go through OpenCart, you can also open a support ticket through OpenCart's helpdesk (opens in a new tab). An OpenCart representative will get in touch and connect us with you. Do note that this option might take longer than usual as OpenCart's helpdesk generally have high volumes of requests all the time.

For support requests, please take note that providing the following information will likely speed up the process:

  • Provide a detailed description of the bug or issue you are facing. Be as specific as possible, and include any relevant context or examples.
  • Do try to include information like:
    • Steps leading up to the issue
    • Any error messages received or displayed
    • Device/browser which you are using
  • If applicable, screenshots and/or screen recordings are definitely greatly appreciated. It helps our support team replicate the issue(s) on our end, and quickly get to resolving them for you.

How long do I have to wait?

As part of our commitment to provide unparalleled support to our valued customers, you should receive a reply within 24 hours of submitting your request.

We want to ensure that you will receive the help you need swiftly but in the rare instances where there is a delay, please kindly refrain from opening multiple tickets on the same issue as that can increase our support team's workload, and inadvertently increase the delay in our response time.

How do I provide feedback/suggestions?

Where do I find my license key?

If you made a purchase of our product(s), you would have automatically received an email from us containing your license key.

Do you offer discounts?

For multiple/bulk purchases of our product(s), you can reach out to us directly with the details, and we'll be more than happy to work something out with you.

If you are a business or from an agency, feel free to drop us an email and we can share more about our services and offerings.

Do you provide free trials?

For our products, we have live demo sites readily available for you to explore them. These demo sites are specifically set up in a way such that you can have the full experience of using our feature-packed products - from the frontend to the backend.

For OpenCart extensions, due to the way OpenCart is set up, we are unable to provide free trials. This is because you will have full access to the source code once the extension is released to you, and we will have no control over when and what you can or cannot access.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, processing refunds can be more complex. In the event that you are unhappy with our product(s), we'd want to work closely with you to resolve any issues you are facing, and hopefully get you to continue using our product.

However, in the event that we're unable to resolve the issue(s) you are facing, or if our product(s) and/or service(s) simply do not meet your expectations, we're more than willing to provide you with a full refund.
